Dear Sir,
I just came accross your blog about my comment to homeowners around the country.
It is true,
The homes that are on the market need to be sold and change hands. That brings new prices and comparable to the area. Positive ones. Cooperation from everyone is a must. Some new amendments should be temporally developed. A campaign should be developed to try to help everyone, no matter who sell the condos or houses. As soon as we can work together to help.
Everything works together, the more inviting that we make Watercrest and Florida, the more demand we will have for housing, the faster we can sell the condo, the faster that happens, the greater the value that our properties will be worth, the better the economy for jobs, real estate etc…………..
I would like to urge people that don’t have to immediately sell their homes to take them off the market. Please wait until some of the inventory gets sold. Everything is supply and demand. The demand will increase as the supply is decreased.
